Torrenting is a different way of downloading, where the file is not kept on a server, but on the hard disk of a user such as you. A torrent file has information about who has the file – once you download a torrent for a file, you require a torrent client such as BitTorrent to download the main file. Torrenting is one of the most popular movie download programs. But note that the legality of the download is something you have to be aware of. Because torrenting can be used to download free programs, by itself it is not illegal.

These days, there is not much requirement for music download programs because of the advent of internet radio.
